Return Process

  Securely place the unworn fashion pieces in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
